Hi, I’m Zoe.
I design with words and tell stories through experiences.
I’m a wielder of words, teller of tales, and advocate of good user experience.
But formally, I would introduce myself as a content and service designer with a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for spotting patterns. I live and breathe the notion of “writing is designing”, a duality I embrace as a sense-making mechanism. I write, I design — to make sense of things.
I started out as a business graduate who just really loves writing. This unexpected interplay has given me a sensitivity to language and an analytical mind to always balance creativity with logic, rationale, and intensive research in all my work.
Through different positions in the past 8 years, I have worked to hone my craft in various changing contexts: financial wellbeing, healthcare, education, arts, culture, tourism, brand governance, and social commentary. This journey has evolved from crafting words to designing holistic experiences that speak to users on multiple levels.
When I’m not writing for work, I’ll most likely be reading a book, watching a film, or writing about said books and films — which you could read here 👀.
